A great place to spend your summer vacation ~ walk along the beach, stroll the boards, fish, swim, surf or just watch the sunrise! 720 Morven Terrace is located directly on the beach on the south end of town offering three levels of comfortable casual living with stunning ocean views. The main level has an open floor plan offering a large entry foyer, family room with a gas fireplace, chefs kitchen, dining area that leads to the patio which is nestled in the beach sand! The second level has four spacious bedrooms, two full baths and generous sized laundry room. One of the bedrooms is currently being used as a lounge. The third level is where you will find the master suite offering a spacious bedroom with sitting area, gas fireplace master bath and balcony over looking the blue waters of the Atlantic. No Pets, No Smoking or Vaping, No Exceptions! Three King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, the sofa in the 2nd floor lounge has a Queen Sleeper.
